Best FHA Lender Update:

A lot has changed for me over the past couple of months and because of that, I have found it difficult to update Best FHA Lender as I should. Therefore, I thought that it would be good to provide a quick update to what I have been doing.

Change of Companies to Academy Mortgage

In order to gain a competitive advantage, our entire team of mortgage professionals decided in the beginning of June to join Academy Mortgage. We were the top-producing branch of the company that we were previously with, but because of different factors we were no longer able to provide the highest caliber of service to our customers.

I am extremely pleased with our decision to change companies as Academy Mortgage has proven to provide the infrastructure and support needed for me to honor my commitments to my customers. The bottom line is that I can now offer ultra-competitive rates and close loans fast.

Contact me about our guaranteed 10-day close process.

About Academy Mortgage:

Academy Mortgage has been operating for over 20 years and was founded by a group of some of the most trusted, knowledgeable, and respected individuals in the mortgage industry.

We offer more competitive rates and a wider selection of products to facilitate the variety of needs for our clients. In addition, we are able to offer all of the programs that buyers need to qualify for a home such as FHA, VA, USDA, conforming and jumbo conventional loans and investment property loans. All of these programs are underwritten and closed in our Mesa office so we can provide unbeatable service.

Ask me about our 10-Day Guaranteed Close Process.

We pride ourselves on providing fast and reliable service to each one of our clients. We understand the importance of clear and concise communication to our borrowers to make our closings go more smoothly. At Academy Mortgage, we understand that the process of obtaining a home loan can be intimidating, so we strive to make the loan process a simpler and more pleasant process for everyone involved.

We do this all in an in-house setting without having to outsource or depend on others to get our job done. We strive for perfection on our customer service, which we believe is second to none. We are always on the cutting edge of technology and working hard to stay on top of the newest industry demands.

We can answer all our clients’ questions and concerns because we know the status of each loan at all times. We have worked hard to make this process as easy as possible. In this industry, that is something that is very hard to compete with. Our office has in-office underwriting and closing which helps us maintain maximum control over each of their files so we can better communicate with our borrowers.
We enjoy being able to control the loan application from beginning to end with no middlemen. This allows us to ease the stress of our borrowers by having control of the file with the ability to provide critical information at any time.

Arizona School of Real Estate and Business:

Contributing Articles to The FHA Mortgage Blog

In recent months, I have had the pleasure of joining the team of FHA mortgage authors that contribute to the FHA Mortgage Blog. This has been an enjoyable experience for me as I have been able to get to know many of the best FHA lenders across the US (Of course I’m the best … hence the name of this site). FHA Mortgage Blog is fast becoming one of the leading resources for FHA loan information on the web.

Helping Other Mortgage and Real Estate Professionals Launch Their Blogs

Over the past couple of months I have been approached by a few people and asked to help them launch their WordPress blogs. I have done so for free (or at cost) in order to help them.

Here are a couple of sites that I helped develop:

Steve,
You interviewed me, the first time, I entered into Mortgage and I am still glad that we spent time going into the Arizona High Desert together. Now, almost four years later, my knowledge of Mortgage, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, E marketing, web site creation and Craig’s List Posting, has grown to an expert level. My web site, when google, yahoo, aol and bing, is number 1 and 99% of the first page. However, that won’t drive customers, my follow up, my talking, educating, my sense of their position first and my inner sense of whom I am as a person, is what drives my professionism. However, to say, I love to write up 1003, gather 4506T, VOE, VOI and everything else, no that is not me. Cold Calling on Realtors, Marketing to the outlining Realtors, Marketing to Consumers, finding solutions for consumers and developing Accounts, large and small, that is me. I hand off business, I have and will always be, a business development specialist. While I make little on many, it is what I do, I get consumers ready to take the next step and then I hand them over to the Professionals. I will attempt to merge my talents, where and when I can, with your company’s FHA expertise.
I know you, I saw you once, in a different light of day. It was enough.
