Bill, you do a great job with your clients. As the 203k Consultant for Carey, I can tell anyone that you have been great to work with. She is nearing the end of her project (which turned out to be a little more work than she planned because of changes needed after demo). But her case proves that having a good team: Lender-Realtor-Contractor-Consultant will get the job done!
Looking forward to our next 203k!
